CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY / SUPPLIER STANDARDS
Our partners help carry the responsibility of supporting federal missions. FusionICS, LLC (Fusion) values organizations that demonstrate ethical conduct, respect for people, protection of information, and accountable performance in every aspect of their work.
OUR PRINCIPLES / WHO THEY APPLY TO
Our expectations extend to the suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and other business partners performing work for or on behalf of Fusion.
We expect our partners to comply with applicable laws, maintain ethical business practices, safeguard entrusted information, respect the rights and safety of personnel, and deliver work consistent with their contractual responsibilities. Specific obligations depend on the work performed, governing agreements, and applicable customer requirements.
This public overview communicates Fusion's general partnership standards. It does not replace the approved Partner Code of Conduct, an executed agreement, contract-specific requirements, or applicable regulatory obligations.
ETHICAL CONDUCT / RESPONSIBLE PERFORMANCE
Our standards address how work is performed, how people are treated, how information is protected, and how risks and concerns are managed. These principles help maintain the trust of our customers, employees, and business partners.
01
Partners are expected to conduct business honestly and fairly. Bribery, kickbacks, improper payments, anticompetitive conduct, and undisclosed conflicts of interest undermine the trust on which our relationships depend.
02
We expect partners to respect human dignity and comply with applicable employment laws. Forced labor, human trafficking, unlawful child labor, discrimination, harassment, and abusive workplace practices are inconsistent with Fusion's standards.
03
Partners should provide safe working environments, appropriate training, and emergency preparedness. Compliance with applicable occupational safety requirements is essential to protecting personnel and sustaining operations.
04
Partners must protect sensitive, confidential, proprietary, and controlled information entrusted to them. Cybersecurity requirements, incident reporting, system access, and data handling must align with applicable laws, contracts, and authorized procedures.
05
We expect accurate records, reliable workmanship, appropriate quality controls, and prompt disclosure of material defects or nonconforming work. Partners should take reasonable measures to prevent counterfeit or unauthorized materials from entering the supply chain.
06
Partners must comply with applicable import, export-control, sanctions, and sourcing requirements. Controlled technology, restricted-party transactions, and supply-chain risks require diligence consistent with the work and governing obligations.
07
We expect compliance with applicable environmental requirements and encourage responsible use of energy, materials, and resources. Environmental stewardship should be considered alongside workplace safety and operational performance.
08
Partners should exercise appropriate oversight of subcontractors and other third parties. Where artificial intelligence or automated technologies are used, their application should respect confidentiality, legal obligations, accuracy, accountability, and applicable customer requirements.
ETHICS & REPORTING / RESPONSIBLE ACTION
Speaking up about potential misconduct is part of protecting our people, our customers, and our reputation.
Fusion encourages partners to raise good-faith concerns involving suspected unlawful conduct, fraud, corruption, unsafe practices, information-security failures, conflicts of interest, or violations of applicable contractual obligations. Reports should be directed through the appropriate authorized Fusion contact or designated reporting process.
Fusion does not condone retaliation for good-faith reporting of suspected wrongdoing. Concerns are reviewed and handled through appropriate channels, subject to applicable law, contractual requirements, and information-protection obligations.
Strong business relationships depend on clear expectations, professional accountability, and a shared commitment to responsible performance. Organizations interested in partnering with Fusion can learn more about our supplier engagement process.
